Blueberry Orange Scones

I love scones that are soft and not hard and dry. This one was perfect!
Serves 8 (4 points)
from Taste of Home's "Healthy Cooking"

2 c. flour
3 T. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. light stick butter, cubed
1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. fresh blueberries

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in buttermilk and orange juice until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead 10 times. Pat into an 8 inch circle. Cut into 8 wedges. Separate and place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
