Homemade Fish Sticks


Easy and taste great. This one comes from Taste of Home's "Healthy Cooking"

Serves 2 ( 6 points)

1/2 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
3/4 lb. cod filets, cut into 1" strips
butter flavored cooking spray.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

Place flour in a shallow bowl. Place bread crumbs with spices in another shallow bowl. Place beaten egg in a small bowl.

Dip fish in flour, then egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture. Place on baking sheet. Spray fish with butter flavored spray. Bake 101-2 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Turn once half-way through.
