Marbled Chocolate Banana Bread: serves 16 ( 4 points +)
Preheat oven to 350 and spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients ( through nutmeg)
In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until blended. Add bananas, egg beaters and yogurt. Mix until just moistened.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Cool slightly. Add 1 c. batter to chocolate mixture and stir until well blended.
Spoon chocolate batter alternately with plain batter into the loaf pan. Swirl batters together using a knife.
Bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

- 1 c. wheat flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Splenda
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1-1/2 c. mashed ripe banana ( about 3 small)

- 1/3 c. plain FF yogurt
- 3 oz, bittersweet chocolate, chopped
