Pina Colada Pudding Cups



Pina Colada Pudding Cups: serves 8 ( 3 points)

3 c. skim milk
2 envelopes Dream Whip
2 packages sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 can ( 20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
1/4 c. flaked coconut, toasted
8 marischino cherries

Mix milk, Dream Whip and pudding for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in extract and pineapple. Spoon into 8 dessert cups. Refrigerate until serving. Just before serving, top with toasted coconut and marischino cherry.
