Pizza Hot Dish



Pizza Hot Dish: serves 8 (6 points +)
from "Weight Watcher's" Magazine



  • 3 c. whole wheat egg noodles
  • 1 ( 8 -10 oz) package sliced mushrooms
  • 1 orange bell pepper ( or any other color you choose)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef ( I used 95% lean)
  • 1-1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can 98% FF cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ( 3.5 oz) package turkey pepperoni
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 2 T. grated Parmesan cheese



Preheat oven to 350 and spray an 11 x 7 baking dish with cooking spray.
Cook noodles according to package directions ; drain.
Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook the mushrooms, pepper and onion for 5 minutes. Add the beef and cook until no longer pink. Stir in spaghetti sauce, soup and 1/2 c. shredded cheddar. Stir in cooked noodles. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Top with pepperoni and olives. Bake for 30 minutes. Top with remaining 1/4 c. cheddar and 2 T. Parmesan. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
