Butterfinger Dessert




So simple...so good!

Serves 15 ( 5 points +)

1 package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
1-1/2 c. skim milk
2 ( 8 oz) containers Cool Whip Free
4 regular sized Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
1 angel food cake

Spray a 15 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray. 
Whisk together pudding and milk. Fold in Cool Whip. 
Crumble half of angel food cake into the bottom of the 13 x 9 pan. Top with half of the pudding mixture and half of the Butterfinger crumbs. Repeat. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

    I am sure any candy would be good with this recipe. I think the butterfingers are good because they crumble easily, so you may look for another similar type candy that crumbles easily.

  6. Oh my goodness...and I mean good. My kids and I and friends loved this recipe. Very easy to make. The serving size was a good portion for the point value and simply delicious and satisfying. Will be making this recipe over and over for the holidays. Thank you for your website. I have been having so much fun cooking all good lowfat meals off your site.
