Taco Soup



serves 12 ( 3 points + )

Easy and Good!

1 ( 14 oz) can fat free chicken broth
1 ( 16 oz) can fat free refried beans
1 ( 16 oz) can black beans, undrained
1 ( 15 oz) can great northern beans, undrained
1 ( 15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies or seasoned with Mexican spices

Stir all together in a large pot. Simmer for 30 minutes.

  1. Great soup. I just had a bowl for lunch. Love that it's only 1 point and I didn't have to run out and buy anything special for it, it's just things I always have on hand.
