Peas Parma



serves 6 ( 3 points+)



  • 1 pkg. ( 16 oz) frozen peas
  • 6 slices Oscar Mayer fully cooked thick cut bacon, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste



Place peas in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook bacon in oil and butter until crisp. Add tomato, salt and pepper; heat through. Stir in peas and heat through.
