Bacon Cheddar Sliders


serves 8 ( 1 slider = 4 points+)



  • 3 T. finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 12 oz. ground beef (93% lean)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ c. reduced-fat shredded cheddar
  • 8 slider buns ( 2 points each)
  • 3 T. low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • pickle slices
  • 4 slices, fully cooked bacon, quartered



Combine first 4 ingredients. Form into 8 patties. Grill until desired doneness. Top with cheese and let melt. Serve on buns with toppings.
