Tomato- Avocado Salad



Serves 4 ( about 1 c. =  4 points +)

  • 2 T. lime juice
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
  • 2 medium Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped, fresh basil
  • salt to taste


Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
