Italian Beef


Our family loves this Italian Beef, you need to make it ahead or the day before, even.

Italian Beef: Serves 16 (6 points + add additional points for bread )



  • 1 ( 3 lb) boneless beef rump roast or chuck roast
  • 1 small packet Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
  • 1 jar ( 8 oz) mild giardinara peppers
  • ½ c. water


Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until easily shreddable. Serve on a low point bun or French bread.

  1. I'm not sure if my comment came through. I just wondered if you knew about how much is a serving size to make 16. Obviously it will depend on if you get exactly 3 lbs but I wanted a guesstimate ;) Thanks...love your recipes.
