Chocolate Chip Cookies: Makes 30-36 ( 30 = 3 points each, 36 = 2 points)

2-1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
3/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl; set aside. Combine sugars and butter. Beat with a mixer until well blended. Add vanilla and egg whites. Mix well. Add flour mixture and beat until mixed. Stir in chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on pans for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
