Healthy Banana Bread: 12 slices = 4 points, 16 slices = 3 points
3/4 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. ground flax seed
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed ripe banana
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Fiber One vanilla yogurt
1/4 c. canola oil
Preheat oven to 325. Mix flours with next four ingredients ( through salt)
Combine banana and next four ingredients ( through oil) Add banana mixture to flour mixture, stirring until well mixed and moistened. Spoon into a loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cook on wire rack.
