This fresh-tasting, full of flavor, burger is sure to please… this is perfect for grilling season!
serves 8 ( 6 points +) ( add points for bun. I use Healthy Life Buns, which are only 2 points+ )
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef (93% lean)
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 slices part-skim Mozzarella, halved
- 1 c. fresh salsa
- 1 medium avocado, sliced into 8 slices
- 2 c. shredded Romaine
Combine beef, garlic powder, chili powder and salt. Form into 8 patties. Grill until desired doneness. Top each with ½ slice cheese. Add lettuce, salsa and avocados for toppings.
