Here is an easy recipe that is both quick and healthy! If you would like to try making a homemade pesto that is easy and low in fat, try this recipe. You can save the extra for a later use with pasta.
serves 4 ( 3 points +)
- 4 ( 3 oz) tilapia filets
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 T. reduced-fat pesto sauce
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet coated with spray. Add filets, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook until fish flakes ( just a couple of minutes per side). Remove to a serving platter and top each filet with 1 T. pesto sauce.
