Serves 4 ( about 1 c. = 4 points +)
- 2 T. lime juice
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
- 2 medium Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped, fresh basil
- salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
