- 1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 T. minced shallot
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1-½ c. grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 T. minced fresh basil
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
Boil green beans until desired doneness. Drain.
Meanwhile in a large skillet, saute the onions, shallot, garlic and rosemary in oil until tneder. Add green beans, tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper; saute 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
