When I put this into the recipe builder I get 6p+ - could that be because I am using 2% milk instead of skim? That is the only difference - oh and Lite Choc Syrup...just curious - I usually drink this at night after my run/workouts!
Shelby, You could have a points difference because of the 2% milk. Also, I added these ingredients separately. The banana was not counted because it is a fruit. Sometimes the WW site adds points for this, even though it is still 0 points
