- 2 slices reduced calorie bread
- 1 T. FF Thousand Island dressing
- 1 slice Sargento reduced fat Swiss cheese
- 2 T. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained.
Spread bread with dressing, top with cheese, turkey, sauerkraut and top piece of bread. Grill on a panini pan or like you would a grilled cheese, coating the pan with cooking spray instead of butter.
