Apple Salad


serves 6 ( 2 points + )



  • 6 T. Danon Light and Fit Vanilla yogurt
  • 6 T. Cool Whip Free
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3 medium apples, chopped
  • ¼ c. dried cranberries
  • 2 T. chopped walnuts



Place apples, cranberries and walnuts in a serving bowl. In a separate bowl, stir together yogurt, Cool Whip and cinnamon. Pour over apple mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with more cinnamon if desired.
