- 6 T. Danon Light and Fit Vanilla yogurt
- 6 T. Cool Whip Free
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 medium apples, chopped
- ¼ c. dried cranberries
- 2 T. chopped walnuts
Place apples, cranberries and walnuts in a serving bowl. In a separate bowl, stir together yogurt, Cool Whip and cinnamon. Pour over apple mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with more cinnamon if desired.
I just found your blog and I am loving your recipes. I have also lost weight on WW, but now need new ideas. I am looking forward to trying out yours, like this one... it will be easy to take to work.
