- ¾ c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- ½ c. brown sugar
- ¾ c. cocoa
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ⅓ c. skim milk
- 6 T. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9" square baking pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugars, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Spread in prepared pan and bake 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs. Cool and cut into 20 squares.

mine came out more cakey than brownie like. i think its because of the baking powder. i've never seen baking soda or baking powder in a brownie recipe. you don't want them to rise. you want them to be dense and chewy. if i tried this again i would omit the baking powder.

I made these too tonight! Like I told you in my post on the caramel brownies I love BROWNIES. I haven't tasted these yet because I'm out of points today lol and I'm worried that if I have one I may not be able to stop. I can't wait till tomorrow cause brownie here I come lol
