So simple...so good!
Serves 15 ( 5 points +)
1 package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
1-1/2 c. skim milk
2 ( 8 oz) containers Cool Whip Free
4 regular sized Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
1 angel food cake
Spray a 15 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.
Whisk together pudding and milk. Fold in Cool Whip.
Crumble half of angel food cake into the bottom of the 13 x 9 pan. Top with half of the pudding mixture and half of the Butterfinger crumbs. Repeat. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
We're having a potluck next week for a coworker that is going in for gastric bypass. I know what I'll be taking to it.

ReplyDeleteI am sure any candy would be good with this recipe. I think the butterfingers are good because they crumble easily, so you may look for another similar type candy that crumbles easily.
oreos? milky way bars, zero, hersheys cookies and cream, kit kat, crunch, 3 muskateers.
