Simple, Light Hollandaise Sauce



Simple, Light Hollandaise Sauce: 2 T. = 1 point

1/2 c. light mayo
1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan. Cook on low stirring constantly until heated through. ( about 5 minutes )


While not buttery, like a traditional Hollandaise sauce, this makes a nice, low-fat substitute.
