Pork Chops with Parmesan Sauce: serves 4 ( 6 points) You can also double the amount of pork, but do not double the sauce. There is plenty!
4 boneless pork loin chops ( 4 oz each)
salt and pepper
2 T. flour
1 c. skim milk
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 T. minced onion
1tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Cook in a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray until juices run clear. Remove pork and keep warm.
Whisk the flour and milk together. Add to the pan. Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with pork.
