Chocolate Chocolate Chunkers

Chocolate Chocolate Chunkers: Makes 24 cookies ( 3 points)

1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. packed dark brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. canola oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour ( or additional all purpose)
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder ( not Dutch processed)
1/4 tsp. salt
4 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped

Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugars until well combined. Add the oil and egg and beat until creamy. Mix in vanilla.
In a medium bowl, whisk the flours, cocoa, and salt. Add flour mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until well blended. Stir in chopped chocolate. Drop by tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 11-13 minutes or until edges are set. Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.
