Balsamic Chicken: serves 4 ( 4 points)
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves ( 4 oz)
1 T. canola oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c. water
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/8 tsp. dried rosemary
Place flour salt and pepper in a large resealable bag. Add chicken and shake to coat.
In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook chicken in oil for 4-5 minutes per side or until done. Remove and keep warm. Respray pan. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in water, Add vinegar , thyme and rosemary. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Serve with chicken.
