Buffalo Chicken Dip


makes 20 servings ( about 3 T. each = 2 points +) Serve with crackers

  • 1 package ( 8 oz) reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 c. fat-free fat sour cream
  • 2 T. Tobasco
  • 3 c. shredded cooked chicken breast
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and Tobasco until smooth. Stir in chicken. Transfer to an 8" square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 18-22 minutes. Serve warm.
