Green Beans Provencale

from Taste of Home's "Healthy Cooking"


serves 4 ( 1 point)
1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 2" pieces
4 green onions, sliced
2 T. minced shallot
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1 T. olive oil
1-1/2 c. grape tomatoes, halved
2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Place beans in boiling water and cook until crisp tender ( about 5 minutes)
Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, saute the onions, shallot, garlic and rosemary in oil until tender. Add the green beans, tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Saute 2-3 minutes longer or until heated through.
