Cheesy Potatoes

Cheesy Potatoes: serves 10 (4 points)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.
Mix 1 container ( 16 oz) FF sour cream, 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup, 1 ( 8 oz) package reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 c. light stick butter, 1 tsp. thyme and 1/4 tsp. pepper in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the cheese melts. Transfer to a large bowl and add 1 (32 oz) bag of frozen shredded hashbrowns, stirring until blended. Transfer to the prepared baking pan and bake 55 minutes to 1 hour.
