Icebox Dessert

from Taste of Home's "Healthy Cooking"

Icebox Dessert: serves 12(4 points +)

7-1/2 reduced fat graham crackers
1 package lowfat cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 package sugar free instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip Free
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. blackberries ( or other berry)

Place graham crackers in a single layer in the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add milk and continue beating. Add pudding and mix until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread pudding mixture over graham crackers. Top with sliced berries. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
